通过β-四(羧基苯氧基)酞菁锌(pCP—ZnPc)和多巴胺(DA)分子中羧基与氨基之间的酰胺缩合反应合成了一种含有邻苯二酚基团的新型酞菁锌配合物,即酞菁锌-多巴胺衍生物(pCP-ZnPc—DA).采用核磁共振、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析对该配合物进行了结构表征.利用紫外可见吸收光谱和稳态荧光光谱研究了pCP—ZnPc—DA的光物理性质,并考察了胶束对pCP—ZnPc—DA聚集行为的影响.还采用紫外一可见吸收光谱研究了pCP—ZnPc—DA与多巴胺之间的反应,结果表明,pCP—ZnPc—DA能与多巴胺发生共聚反应,将此反应用于材料改性可赋予材料新的光敏性能.
A novel zinc phthalocyanine with catechol group (pCP-ZnPc-DA) was synthesized through amidation between a carboxyl in β-tetra(4-carboxylatophenoxy)phthalocyanine zinc (pCP-ZnPc) and an amino in dopamine (DA). The structure of these compounds was characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis. The photophysical properties of pCP-ZnPc-DA were studied by UV/Vis absorption spectra and steady state fluorescence spectra. In addition, the effect of micelles on the aggregation ofpCP-ZnPc-DA was investigated in aqueous solution. Moreover, the reaction between pCP-ZnPc- DA and dopamine was analyzed by UV/Vis absorption spectra, those results indicating thatpCP-ZnPc-DA could copolymerize with dopamine. Therefore, materials could be endowed with a new photosensitive performance by the copolymerization.
