目的:为提高脑病灶射频消融治疗的有效性和安全性,设计并实现一种脑病灶射频消融手术规划系统。方法:基于脑MRI扫描图像,对脑病灶组织进行三维重建和可视化建模。利用有限元方法模拟射频消融温度场分布,对脑病灶和模拟温度场进行"适形"比较。结果:该系统通过"适形"比较,能确定射频消融的最佳治疗参数。结论:该系统可用于脑病灶射频消融治疗参数的规划,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To develop a planning system to aid in brain lesion radiofrequency(RF) ablation. Methods 3D reconstruction and visualized modeling of brain lesion were carried out on the basis of brain MRI images. Finite element method was used to simulate the temperature distribution surrounding ablation probes, and then conformal comparison was performed for brain lesion and simulated temperature field. Results Conformal comparison contributed to determining the optimal therapy parameters of RF ablation. Conclusion The system can be used for the planning of brain lesion RF ablation.
