以全电动注塑机中的滚珠丝杠副为例,基于滚道坐标系与丝杠坐标系间的变换,提出了滚珠载荷的计算方法,建立了滚珠有限元模型,并用有限元方法对其进行应力分析。针对不同的接触角、滚珠圈数、滚珠直径进行计算,获得了滚珠接触应力的分布情况。分析表明,通过优化滚珠丝杠副相关参数,可以减小滚珠接触应力极值,这对于抑制滚珠磨损具有参考意义。
Based on transformation between groove coordinate and screw coordinate, the load on ball of a ball screw mechanism was calculated. A ball screw mechanism utilized in electro--servo driven plastic injection molding machine was used for the numerical analysis. The ball's FE--model was established, then the ball's contact stress was analyzed by FEA. The effects of contact angle, number of balls, ball's diameter were discussed in the numerical computation. The study provides an effective approach which decreases the ball's contact stress and suppresses the ball's abrasion by modifying relative parameters in ball screw mechanism.
