采用高温固相法制备掺杂Dy3+、La3+的Ce0.67Tb0.33MgAl11O19利用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、FLS920型瞬态/稳态荧光分光光度计以及色坐标软件比较Dy3+、La3+分别取代Ce3+、Tb3+后对Ce0.67Tb0.33MgAl11O19物相、发光性能以及色坐标的影响.结果表明:在Ce0.67Tb0.33MgAl11O19分别取代Ce3+、Tb3+其发光性能有较大的提高,而用Dy3+分别取代Ce3+、Tb3+后其发光性能也有所变化,但变化效果没有La3+取代明显.
Ce0.67Tb0.33MgAl11O19 doped Dy3+ and La3+ were prepared with high-temperature solid-state method. The influence of substitution of Dy3+ and La3+ for Ce3+ and Tb3+, respectively, on their phase structures, I.uminous performance, and color coordinate was compared with X-ray diffraction (XRD), FLS920-type transient/steady-state fluorescent spectrophotometer, and color coordinate software. The re- sult showed that ion La3+ could enhance the luminous performance of Ce0.67Tb0.33MgAl11O19 to a larger ex- tent, and Dy3+ also could change the performance of Ce0.67Tb0.33MgAl11O19 but to a certain degree, re- markably less than the La3+.
