使用静电纺丝法制备BaAl12O19:Mn2+纳米纤维,分别考察板间距、喷丝电压及烧结温度等条件对产物制备的影响,从中得到最佳的合成条件.研究表明:最佳样品的合成温度仅为1100℃,低于传统固相法制备温度约400℃.通过SEM分析得知纤维样品由大量纳米颗粒构成,纤维直径约400nnL利用静电纺丝法制备出的BaAl12O19:Mn2+纳米纤维,与固相法制备出的产物相比,晶体晶胞参数c明显减小.
BaAl12O19:Mn2+ nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method. The effects of plate spacing, spinning voltage and sintering temperature on the preparation products were investigated. The best synthesis condition were obtained by investigating the preparation of the series of BaAl12O19:Mn2+ nanofiber samples. The results show that the optimum synthesis temperature is only 1 100 ℃, which is 400 ℃ lower than the preparing temperature of traditional solid state method. SEM analysis results reveal that fiber samples consist of a large number of nanoparticles, and the fiber diameter is about 400 nm. Compared with the products prepared by solid state method, the crystal cell parameters c of BaAl12O19:Mn2+ nanofibers is decreased by the electrospinning technology.
