中国管理科学的学术话语权更强调“学术话语权力”。中国境内的管理科学学术话语权依次经历了苏联模式、日本模式和美国模式主导的三个不同阶段。中国管理科学学术话语权的缺失,是国家经济实力薄弱及所致使的文化信心不足、早期中国学者研究能力不足以及当前引导高校教师科研行为的政策偏离等综合作用的结果。国家经济实力的提升、政府的重视和支持以及学术研究队伍的成长,构成了建立中国管理科学学术话语权的良好条件。需要通过高校教师考核评价标准多元化、代表性成果考核评价周期延长方面的政策变革,有效引导高校教师综合运用多元化的研究范式、扎根于中国管理实践问题以开展中国管理科学的本土化研究,推进中国管理科学学术话语权的建立。
The academic discourse power of Chinese Management Science is more likely to be focused on "discourse - power". Soviet mode, Japan mode and the US mode have taken their turn to predominate China' s academic discourse power in Management Science. China' s weak national economic strength and its deficiency in cultural confidence, early scholars' inferior research ability, and the deviation of current policy guiding university teachers' scientific research behavior have all together led China to be lack of academic discourse power in Management Science. However, since China' s Economic Reform, the enhancement of national economic strength, the serious attention and strong support of government and the rapid growth of scholars have provided good condition for Chi- na' s establishment of academic discourse power in Management Science. Thus, in order to promote China' s establishment of academic discourse power in Management Science, we should take some policy reforms to guide university teachers to carry out the localization research by comprehensively using diversified research paradigms and taking forms include the diversification of evaluation root in China' s practical problems. These policy recriteria and the extension of representative achievements' evaluation cycle.
