The western medicine believed that acute closed soft tissue injury should be treated by RICE principle in early and the massage therapy should be forbidden.Some doctors didn＇t agree with this view actually.In this paper,we reviewed the research and clinical status of massage therapy in acute closed soft tissue injury.
