针对手背静脉识圳技术的应用,基于嵌入式系统研制了一套人体手背静脉血管图像采集装置。根据手背静脉成像的原理和特点,设计了该图像采集系统的结构。首先利用光学仿真软件LightTools对光源的参数进行最优化选择,并根据仿真结果设计制作了高均匀度近红外光源;然后以TMS320DM642和CMOS图像传感器为核心,构建了集图像采集和处理于一体的嵌入式处理模块,并利用灰度形态学方法对采集的罔像进行预处理,进一步改善了图像质量。实验结果显示,本系统不仅可获取高质量的手背静脉血管图像,而且为手背静脉识别研究提供了嵌入式开发平台。
Aiming at the application of dorsal hand vein recognition technology, the image acquisition instrument for human dorsal hand vein was developed, which is based on embedded processing system. According to the imaging principle and feature of dorsal hand vein, the structure of the image collection system was designed. Firstly the optimal parameters of the light source were chosen by the optical simulation software LightTools, and the light source with high illumination homogeneity was implemented under the guidance of the simulation results. Then taking TMS320DM642 and CMOS image sensor as the core components, the embedded module was designed to realize the image collection and processing, and the collected image was preprocessed using gray morphology method, which further improves the image quality. The result indicates that this system can not only obtain the image of dorsal hand vein with high performance, but also provide an embedded development platform for hand vein recognition.
