针对防伪全息产品参数检测中弱光强信号的探测,设计了一种实用化的基于ICL7650斩波自动稳零运算放大器的低噪声前级放大电路。同时,从电路形式设计和器件选择两方面论述了光电探测器基本前级电路设计要点,并在实验的基础上分析了影响光电探测器精度的因素。实验结果表明:电路输出信号信噪比大于90;电路在配置匹配电阻时输出信号的信噪比是无匹配电阻时的10倍以上。
In view of the detection for the feeble signal in the progress of measuring the parameter of laser holographic anti - counterfeiting production, a practical and low - noise prime amplifier circuit of photoelectric detection is designed. It is based on ICL7650 chopper - stabilized operational amplifier. At the same time, from the aspects of the form of the circuit and the selection of the devices, the essentials of the circuit design are discussed. And the factors influencing the precision of the photoelectric detector are analyzed based on the experiment. The experimental results indicate that: the SNR of the output is greater than 90 ; the SNR of the circuit with the matched resistance is more than 10 times as great as the one without it.
