针对供应链系统中医院内部隐性知识的管理及利用效果不佳的问题,文中通过构建知识共享模型,引入共享意愿作为中介变量,并运用AMOS模型进行深入分析,探索激励员工进行知识共享的有效措施。研究发现物理环境、组织环境、知识环境及知识运用能力这四个方面都对知识共享意愿和效果有一定程度的影响,并且共享意愿对共享效果影响显著。
In order to solve the problem that poor management and utilization of Internal tacit knowledge in the hospital,we construct the knowledge sharing model,introduce the sharing intention as the mediator variable. To carry on the thorough analysis we use AMOS model and explore the effective methods of motivating the staff to carry out knowledge sharing. The results found that the physical environment,organizational environment,knowledge environment and the ability to use knowledge have a slight effect of the knowledge sharing intention and the effecttion,the knowledge sharing intention has significant positive influence to the knowledge sharing effect.
