Pyrazole derivatives are important intermediates in pharmaceutical synthesis and play significant roles in antieancer, antiviral, and antidepression. Progress in syntheses of pyrazole derivatives, including cyelocondensation of 1, 3-dielectrophilic compounds with hydrazines and 1,3-dipolar cyeloadditions methods are summarized.
