针对浮式生产储油装置不停产原油舱清洗作业的风险进行分析,对保障洗舱过程中人员的安全以及减少事故造 成的损失有着重要作用.对洗舱作业过程进行分析,确定洗舱过程中的失效模式、造成影响以及失效原因;通过专家法 评估了失效模式的严重度、发生率以及检测率;建立了失效模式与后果分析表格,并依据最低合理可行原则进行分析,给 出了火灾是洗舱过程中最大的风险这一结论.通过使用故障树分析方法建立了原油洗舱火灾事故的故障树模型,并对 原油舱洗舱火灾的概率进行定量分析.
The risk assessment ol floating production storage and offloading(FPSO) c rude oil tank on-line washing is playing a key role in ensuring the safety of personnel on washing process and minimizing the economic losses caused by accident. In the first step the tank-washing process was analyzed and the failure mode, effects and disa-ble reason of the washing process were demined. Secondly, the severity, incident rate and detection rate of failure modes of task profiles were evaluated according to judgment of experts. And then, the table of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) of tank-washing process was established and analyzed on the basis of As Low As Reasona-bly Practicable(ALARP) , indicating that fire was the biggest risk in the process of tank- washing. Finally, the fault tree model of crude oil washing tank fire accident was established based on fault tree analysis ( FTA). And the fire probability of crude oil washing tank was given by quantitative analysis.
