摘要:激光散斑血流成像(Laser Speckle Flowgraphy,LSFG)技术采用了生物医学领域血流变化监测的一种无需扫描全场光学成像方法,与其它技术相比具有一些独到的优点,其有效性已经在近20年中被众多的临床实例所证明。经过多年的发展,该方法在理论和系统上趋于完善和多样。系统地介绍了激光散斑血流成像技术的发展和基本原理,以及在理论研究方面和系统设计方面的研究进展,包括:速度分布模型、对比度分析算法、散斑大小与像素的匹配、曝光时间的选择等问题。
Laser Speckle Flowgraphy (LSFG), a full field optical imaging method without scanning in biomedical field, has become a novel technique for monitoring dynamic fluctuation of blood flow owning to its outstanding features. Its validity has been demonstrated by many clinical instances in the recent twenty years. Research to date on the LSFG has led to improvements in the theory and diversity of systems. The development and the basic theory of LSFG is intro- duced systematically, and state-of-the-art of study on theory and system design are reviewed and illustrated by reference to recent publications. The model of velocity distribution, the algorithm of contrast analysis, the match of the size of speckle and the pixel, and the exposure time are discussed in detail.
