为了研究桥式起重机能耗状况,首先根据桥式起重机在“全生命周期”中的能耗状况,提出了桥式起重机节能评价指标体系,采用粗集理论知识对桥式起重机节能评价指标体系进行指标约简,约简后得到优化的桥式起重机节能指标体系并求得各指标权重,最后运用模糊评价数学模型对桥式起重机的能耗进行评价。选取10个不同设计、不同材料等的桥式起重机能耗优劣进行分析,通过计算和分析,得到桥式起重机节能最优的设计,同时为桥式起重机设计制造提供参考。
In order to study the energy consumption status of a bridge crane, this article puts forward the bridge crane's energy saving evaluation index system based on energy consumption of the bridge crane in the "full life cycle". The rough set theory is adopted to reduce the index of the bridge crane's energy saving evaluation index sys- tem. The optimized bridge crane energy saving index system can be obtained after reduction and all of the index weights are acquired as well. Finally, it applies the fuzzy evaluation of the mathematical model to build the energyefficient evaluation model of the bridge crane and uses this model to evaluate the energy consumption of the overhead crane. This paper selects ten bridge cranes of different designs and materials and analyzes their advantages as well as disadvantages concerning power consumption. Via calculation and analysis, the optimal design for the energy savings of the bridge crane can be obtained and meanwhile it can provide a reference for the bridge crane design and manufacturing.
