本文采用细乳化法合成了无机/有机纳米复合乳液SiO2/P(St-AM-AA-SAS),即成膜剂NFR-1,在聚磺钻井液(3%膨润土+3%SMC+3%SMP-2+3%SPNH+0.1%FA367)中加入10%NFR-1得到水基成膜钻井液体系。应用自制的压力传递膜效率测试装置对成膜剂以及聚磺钻井液和成膜钻井液体系进行了成膜效率评价。实验表明,在80℃下,NFR-1的最佳加量为10%,成膜效率为59.6%,仅单加10%NFR-1的水基成膜钻井液的膜效率就达68.2%,显著高于未添加成膜剂的聚磺体系的膜效率(10.6%)。讨论了聚合物类成膜剂,普通纳米型成膜剂和纳米复合乳液成膜剂NFR-1的成膜差异。图4表4参11
Inorganic/organic nano-composite emulsion SiO2/P(St-AM-AA-SAS),namely film forming agent NFR-1,was synthesized by adopting the fine emulsion method,and the water-based film drilling fluid system was obtained by adding 10% NFR-1 to the polysulfide drilling fluid,composed of 3%bentonite+3%SMC+3%SMP-2+3%SPNH+0.1%FA367.The film efficiency of the film forming agent,the polysulfonate drilling fluid and the film drilling fluid system was evaluated by self-made pressure transmission membrane efficiency test equipment.Experimental results showed that,the film-forming efficiency was 59.6% at the optimum dosage of 10% NFR-1 at 80℃,the membrane forming efficiency of the water-based film drilling fluid containing 10% NFR-1 achieved 68.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the polysulfonate drilling fluid without the NFR-1(10.6%).In addition,the differences in film-forming among the polymer film-forming agent,the ordinary nano-type film-forming agent and nano-composite film-forming emulsion NFR-1 were discussed.
