信号完整性中的串扰已经成为了高速互连系统中不容忽视的问题,并为测试领域带来了新的挑战。本文通过对串扰耦合机理的分析,提出了串扰的最大攻击性、对称性、衰减性及叠加性等特性,并依据这些性质,在不改变空间性质的情况下对最大攻击者模型的测试矢量集进行了压缩,同时为了验证该算法的正确性,在HSPICE下对不同的故障测试模型进行了仿真实验,实验结果表明本文的压缩算法对MA模型的矢量空间可大大减少,从而可以节省测试时间,提高测试效率,表明了该算法的有效性与优越性。
Signal integrity issue caused by crosstalk can not be ignored anymore for high-speed interconnects. It has brought new challenges in the domain of test. Crosstalk Properties such as superposition, decay, symmetry and so on are studied based on principle of coupling. Test vectors of maximal aggressor (MA) are compressed according to these properties with unchanging its characteristics. Simulation experiment is performed under HSPICE in order to validate its effectiveness and results show test vectors can be decreased greatly after compression. Experimental results show its validity and superiority for testing time is saved and efficiency of testing is improved.
