Higher School Journals are an important component of teaching and research in higher school.Totally,there is one phenomenon,the unbalanced development.Compared with journals in other provinces,we still have a lot of shortcomings.The paper evaluates the situation,that The Journals were indexed by chinese periodical square matrix,chinese core journal and International Six Retrieval System.At last,the paper discusses and advices on developing situation of Higher School Journals in HeiLongJiang.
