滚动轴承是决定机械健康状态与寿命的关键部件之一,寿命是衡量滚动轴承性能的重要指标。针对滚动轴承寿命特性与应用,综述滚动轴承寿命预测的研究现状,总结滚动轴承寿命预测研究成果,将当前轴承寿命理论归纳为基于统计分析的寿命模型、基于断裂力学分析的寿命模型、以及基于状态监测的寿命模型。分析得出当前研究中的热点方向是基于状态监测的寿命预测方法,着重指出轴承寿命预测研究的难点具有寿命影响因素多、寿命分散度大、试验费时、数据积累难、理论建模难等特点,为轴承寿命的深入研究提供方向。
Roller bearing is one of the most critical components that determine the machinery health and remaining lifetime.Life is an important performance measure indicator. Aiming at the roller bearing life characteristics and applications,the current status of roller bearing life prediction is reviewed. The research achievements of roller bearing life prediction are summed up as life model of statistical analysis,life model of fracture mechanics and life model of condition monitoring. The current research hotspot is analyzed as life prediction method based on condition monitoring. The difficulties in roller bearing life prediction research have characteristics of many life influence factors,large life dispersity,much test time consuming,difficult in data accumulation and theoretical modeling,so as to supply a reference direction for further research of bearing life.
