SCA theory is an important field in strategic management.The definition of SCA is given,and the model of＂helix evolvement ＂is outlined.Also the ＂three-edge platform ＂model is structured.That is,industry advantage is precondition,extension resource is foundation,core competence is key,strategic capability is impetus,and flexible capability is base for long.Finally mutual relation among three levels is explained.
