针对某变压器生产线平衡性差和日产量不足等问题,提出将仿真技术、程序分析法和作业分析法相融合的优化技术。生产线以理想工作状态和生产数据为依据进行分析,采用Petri网和eM-Plant仿真平台对生产线进行建模和仿真,分析影响生产线的影响因素。最后,对生产线的瓶颈工序、操作不规范、工位布局不合理、小车负载量与缓存区容量匹配不合理等问题进行改善和优化。从仿真结果表明改善后的生产线生产能力得到了明显提高,工艺平衡率提高了24.8%,日产量增加了21.3%,说明该方法对生产线的优化具有一定的借鉴意义。
To solve the problems that bad operation balance rate and inadequate output of transformer production line needs improvement. The threernost commonly optimization techniques-simulation analysis, procedure analysis and operation analysis were illustrated,production line was analyzed by ideal working condition and production data.Petri Nets (PN) model and eM-Plant simulation model was developed and influeucing factors of affecting the performance of line was analyzed. Finally, the optimization strategy was proposed to bottle-necks, operation rules ,working station layout,matching of trolley load and buffer capacity. The simulation results showed that utilization ratio of each working station is improved,which the balance rate of production line and daily batch rate increase by 24.8% and 21.3%respectively and optimization methodwas improved is useful reference to optimization of production line.
