基于光的Mie散射理论,建立了一种用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)聚合反应的快速检测方法,并且考察了交联壳聚糖/银(Ⅰ)/亚硫酸钠引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合反应中Na2SO3浓度、单体浓度、反应温度、反应时间、交联壳聚糖/银(Ⅰ)量等参数的改变对反应体系的影响。如果借助手持式消光光度计,还可以用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合反应的现场检测,方法具有仪器结构简单、稳定性高、操作方便等优点,单个样品测定时间不到2min。
Based on the Mie theory of light scattering to spherical particles, a rapid detection method of the polymerization of Methyl methacrylate (MMA) was developed, and the influence of experimental conditions of polymerization as the representative caused by cross-linked chitosan / silver (Ⅰ) / sodium sulfite including Na2SO3 concentration, monomer concentration, temperature, time, cross-linked chitosan / silver (Ⅰ) on the monomer conversion rate were systematically investigated by using a normal spectrometer. A new extinction cuvette is designed to reduce the interference of gravity for the polymer particles. Further more, MMA polymerization can be in situ detected by using a handheld extinction photometer, with simple equipment, high stability and sensitivity. By using the current method the average time for single sample detection is less than 2 minutes.
