自噬性细胞死亡,是一种不同于凋亡的不依赖于caspase途径的程序性细胞死亡,是体内多余的蛋白质和亚细胞成分在溶酶体内降解的复杂催化过程,具有生理、病理双重作用。肿瘤细胞中存在自噬异常现象,促进肿瘤细胞自噬性死亡可以起到抗肿瘤作用,这为抗肿瘤的治疗提供了新线索。中医药能否通过促进肿瘤细胞自噬性死亡达到抑制肿瘤的目的,成为中医药抗肿瘤研究的新方向。文章论述了细胞自噬的生物学过程,自噬相关基因Beclin-1、P13K通路信号转导的研究现状,对中医药从诱导肿瘤细胞自噬角度抗肿瘤研究进行了展望。
Autophagy, the common phenomenon in kinds of cells, including tumor cells, plays a double role (both physiological and pathological role) in the progress of cell life. Autophagic cell death, not dependent on Caspase programmed cell death as apoptosis, is the complex catalytic degradation of the excess proteins and sub-cellular components in lysosome. Increasing data shows that inducing cancer cells autophagy may be a therapeutic way for carcinoma, which is still a big challenge for human health; this indicates a new strategy for traditional Chinese medicine in cancer research. The paper reviewed biological process of cell autophagy, research status of relative gene, Beclin-1 and P13K signaling pathway, in the end, made the prospective of TCM inducing tumor cell autophagy.
