采用温室盆栽试验对16份鸭茅在不浇水的自然条件下进行4个水平的千热胁迫,观测其植株叶片相对电导率、叶绿素总含量、游离脯氨酸含量及体内SOD活性。随着自然温度的升高.鸭茅叶片的相对电导率和游离脯氨酸含量均呈递增趋势;叶绿素总含量则呈递减趋势:SOD活性则呈先递增后又递减的趋势。通过比较4项生理指标的变化规律以及指标间的相关性分析,来自新疆的02106,02104。01032和云南的02-111及四川宝兴的02-109鸭茅材料的抗旱性非常好。叶片相对电导率、叶绿素总含量、游离脯氨酸含量变化可作为鸭茅种质资源抗旱性能检测的生理指标。
The drought tolerance of sixteen wild materials of Dactylis glomerata in greenhouse were analyzed in this paper. Relative conductance rate and dissociated praline all presented increasing; while full contents of chlorophyll presented descending with the rise of temperature in field, SOD presented first increasing then descending. Dactylis glomerata of 02106,02104,01032, 02-111, 02-109 were the best materials in drought tolerance and relative conductance rate, full contents of chlorophyll, the contents of dissociated praline could be used effectively for the test of drought tolerance.
