服务贸易在过去很长一段时间里,一直是河南省进出口贸易中的“短板”,但从后危机时代世界经济发展趋势看,尤其是以河南为主体的中原经济区上升为国家战略后,河南省,乃至整个中原经济区的服务贸易将面临巨大的发展机会。在分析河南服务贸易现状以及面临的发展机遇的基础上,从公共管理学、社会学和政治学等多个角度对河南服务贸易业的承接与创新进行研究与思考,提出要进一步培育发展的软环境;提高智力因素;加快服务贸易由传统劳动密集型向技术型与资本信息型的转移;要充分发挥品牌的“雁阵”效应;进一步扩大开放,诚心实意“引进来”,昂首阔步“走出去”,在世界范围内叫响河南品牌、河南服务。
Service Trading industry has been a "short board" in both import and export industries in Henan, however, with the economic development in the Post-crisis Period, and under the national strategy of Central Plains Economic Zone, Henan's service trading industry is facing the development opportunity. How to spur new breakthroughs by treating these opportunities and challenges rationally is the goal of this study. Based on the analysis of the status, opportunities and development issues, some countermeasures and innovation strategies are put forward with public administration, sociolo- gy, politics such as: the soft environment incubation, intellectual factors improvement, transfer mode change, brand Flying-geese effect and expanding opening-up. By the strategy of both "bringing in" and "going out", the influence of Henan brand and Henan service will be extending in the whole world.
