单纯从企业绩效的角度定义信息系统(IS)成功难以给企业的实践提供指导。本文采用探索性多案例研究方法构建了一个基于不同层级管理者职责的IS成功的理论模型。研究结果显示,不同层级的管理者衡量IS成功的标准在于IS的应用能辅助高层管理者做出决策、中层管理者进行控制、基层管理者执行计划。
It is difficult to provide guidance to practice research on information systems (IS) success trom the perspective of corporate performance. This paper constructs an IS success model based on the function of different level managers using an exploratory multi-ease study. The results indicate that different level manag- ers definite IS success' standard is that IS application should be able to assist top managers to make decisions, middle-level managers to control and lower-level managers to implement plans.
