针对直角坐标系下圆周截面形状误差评价,介绍了一种圆柱体截面圆度误差的测量与评定方法。建立了基于直角坐标系下的最小区域圆度误差三维评测模型,得到利用弦线截交关系快速评价圆度误差的方法。通过多次截交产生的虚拟中心定位,可以准确确定评价点的位置,达到了快速、精确利用最小外接球法评价球度误差的目的。通过分析表明,该方法计算效率高,可实现在直角坐标系下三坐标测量机对圆度误差的最小区域圆度误差评价。
Aiming at evaluating of circumferential form error in Cartesian coordinates,an evaluation algorithm of roundness error using the minimum zone circle (MZC) for cylindrical sections is introduced.The 3D model of measuring evaluating of minimum zone circle based on three Cartesian coordinate system is established,and a new algorithm using geometrical symmetry of intersecting chord is proposed to implement for searching the minimum zone circle center.Using many times intersecting chord making orientation,virtual centers are educed which can help to obtain position of evaluation points accurately,the means to make the evaluation more accurate and reliable.And the algorithm can achieve minimum zone circle evaluation of roundness error in the Cartesian coordinates.
