为了有效提高螺旋锥齿轮副的啮合质量,基于修根刀具对齿轮副进行了齿面优化研究。首先,构建了修根刀廓的齿面数学模型,设计并优化了刀具的几何设计参数,以此为基础建立了齿轮副的齿面数学模型;基于有限元软件研究了修根刀具对齿面接触应力的影响;最后,为了进一步验证修根刀具的作用,做了大量的加工与滚检试验。结果表明,采用合理的修根刀具可以大幅改善螺旋锥齿轮副的啮合质量。
The tooth surface optimization of the gear pair was studied based on the toprem tool in order to improve the meshing quality of spiral bevel gear effectively. First of all, a mathematical model of the toprem tools blade profile was constructed. The geometry design parameters of the cutting tools were designed and optimized. The mathematical model of gear pair surface was constructed based on this. The effect of cutting tools on the tooth surface contact stress was analyzed based on the finite element software. Finally, in order to further verify the effects of the toprem tools, a lot of process and rolling experiments were performed. The results showed that, the meshing quality of the spiral bevel gears could be improved greatly while using the reasonable toprem tools.
