英文摘要：

The relationship between corporate social responsibility （CSR） and capital constraints of small and medium sized enterprises （SMEs） is discussed. Using a panel dataset for 357 publicly listed SMEs during the period 2009 to 2014, we find an inverse association between CSR and capital constraints after controlling for various firm characteristics. The result also shows that SMEs pay more attention to the rights of stakeholders, employee, suppliers and consumers, fulfill their social and environmental responsibility, SMEs could access to capitals more easily, and will relieve the capital constraints as well.
