Through the empirical research on the influence factors of the trading relationship in the small and medium - sized enterprises,we found that the investment relations, relations of trust, the capacity dimension,the degree of information sharing and the degree of contract have positive correlation with the relations between the two sides.. On this basis,we also put forward some suggestions： 1 ） Strengthen investment relations with the core business and the downstream business,trust relationships;2）enhance SMEs own strength;3）strengthen the role of the supply chain financing in the formal contract.
