By investigating on the households in Xinjiang municipality where had long - term scale operation histo- ry and many cases of scale operation, this paper, by using the method of relative analysis, classification, etc. , analyzed the impact of scale operation on the peasant household＇s initiatives to protect the cultivated land, and revealed the regulation and condition impacting the initiatives.
