聚乙烯醇(PVA)被引入多孔海藻酸钙(CA)薄膜中,形成多孔CA-PVA复合膜。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行表征。将制得的多孔CA-PVA复合膜与肌红蛋白(Mb)组装在玻碳电极上,形成Mb-CA-PVA复合膜修饰电极。电化学实验结果表明,Mb在该复合膜上表现出较好的电化学活性。
The porous CA-PVA composite films were successtu/ty prepared by introducing poly alcohol(PVA) into the porous calcium alginate (CA) films. It was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The porous CA-PVA composite films were used to incorporate myoglobin (Mb) on glassy carbon electrode to produce Mb-CA-PVA composite film modified electrode. Electrochemical experiments demonstrated that Mb incorporated in the composite films showed good electrochemical activity.
