以CNTs为模板,硒粉(Se)和硝酸镉[Cd(NO3)2]为原料,水合肼和氨水分别作为还原剂和络合剂,采用微波法合成了CNTs负载CdSe纳米粒子复合材料(CdSe/CNTs,简称F),其结构经XRD,SEM和EDS表征。以酸性品红为目标降解物,用UV-Vis法研究了F的光催化性能。结果表明,在紫外灯下照射60 min,F对酸性品红的降解率达99%,比CdSe纳米粒子高出38%。
CdSe/CNT composites(F) were synthesized by microwave method using cadmium nitrate and selenium power as the sources,ammonia hydrate and hydrazine hydrate as complexing agent and reducing agent,respectively.The structure of F were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.Photodegradation capability of F were invesitigated by degradation of acid fuchsin solution under ultraviolet lamp irradiation.The results showed that degradable rate of F was 99% under ultraviolet lamp for 60 min and higher 38% than CdSe nanoparticles.
