目的探讨社会技能训练对精神分裂症的社会功能及自尊的影响。方法收集符合研究标准的精神分裂症病人80例,按人院先后顺序分为干预组和对照组,各40例,对照组接受常规药物、护理及常规心理治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予团体社会技能训练。结果两组病人在年龄、受教育年限、病程、住院时间等一般资料方面均无明显差异;训练前两组社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分无显著性差异;训练后干预组在职业和工作、父母职能、婚姻功能、社会性退缩、社会活动、家庭活动、家庭职能、生活自理、兴趣与关心、责任心与计划方面比训练前分值明显降低,且这些指标与对照组同期比较也有显著性差异。干预组出院1个月后自尊量表分明显高于对照组(P<〇.〇l)。结论社会技能训练有利于病人社会功能康复,使病人更有自信,更好更快的适应社会。
Objective To explore the effect of social skill training on social function and self-esteem of schizophrenia.Methods80male patients with schizophrenia who met the research criteria were collected and divided into intervention group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the admission.The intervention group gives the group social skills training.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of general information,age,education,duration of disease and length of stay.There was no significant difference in SDSS scores between the two groups before training.But the scores of occupation and work,social withdrawal,social activities,family activities,family function,self-care,interest and care,responsibility and planning in the intervention group were decreased after the training.The scores differences were significant(P<0.01).The scores of Self-Esteem Scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01)after post-discharge one month.Conclusion Social skills training is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patient^social function,which make patient more confident and gregarious.
