以58#固体石蜡为芯材,改性的蜜胺树脂为壁材制备相变微胶囊。用PEG-400、乙二醇、间苯二酚、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯树胶、尿素等分别对蜜胺树脂进行了改性,并采用FTIR、SEM、DSC和TG对微胶囊的性能进行了表征。结果表明,改性后的相变微胶囊的热稳定性都较未改性的微胶囊有所提高,微胶囊的相变温度不受改性剂的影响且改性剂对微胶囊的芯材含量影响不大;由SEM表征结果可知,当分别使用PEG-400、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯树胶等作为改性剂时微胶囊分布更均匀,改性效果明显。
Microcapsules were synthesized with 58#paraffin wax used as the cores and modified melamine resin used as the shell.Melamine resin was modified by PEG-400,ethylene glycol,resorcinol,polyvinyl alcohol,Arabic gum,urea and so on,and modified microcapsules were characterized by FTIR,SEM,DSC and TG,respectively.The results showed that thermal stability of modified microcapsules was increased,while the phase transition temperature and the core content were not affected.It was seen from SEM that when modified by PEG-400,polyvinyl alcohol and Arabic gum,microcapsules had more uniform distribution and the modified effect was significant.
