作为领导理论和创业理论相结合的新兴领域,创业型领导反映了新时期推动企业成长与发展、变革与创新的新领导风格的诉求。通过梳理现有文献发现,现有研究在创业型领导内涵、相关概念的界定、结构模型以及作用机制等方面还存在一定的不足,需要在今后的研究中不断改进。而随着竞争的加剧和不确定因素的增加,未来对创业环境作用机制的研究将成为创业型领导理论研究的重点。
As a new field combining leader theory and entrepreneurial theory, entrepreneurial leadership reflects a new demand for leadership style that can promote a company's growth and development, reform and innovation in a new era. By analyzing concerned literatures, it shows that there are some deficiencies in the areas of entrepreneurial leadership's connotation, definitions of concepts, structure measurement and working mechanism, which need to be continuously improved. With the increasing competition and all kinds of uncertainties, research on the mechanism of entrepreneurial environment will become a focus of the study of entrepreneurial leadership.
