采用问卷调查法,以江苏省苏南地区239份员工数据为样本,引入效忠主管作为中介变量、权力距离作为调节变量,构建了包容型领导对员工工作投入的作用机制模型。研究结果表明,包容型领导与员工工作投入有显著的正相关关系;效忠主管在包容型领导与员工工作投入的关系中起部分中介作用;员工的权力距离正向调节了包容型领导与员工工作投入的正相关关系。
This study uses a sample of 239 employees in southern Jiangsu province, taking loyalty to supervisor as mediating variable and power distance as moderating variable to conduct the theoreti- cal model of inclusive leadership and employee work engagement. Results show that inclusive leader- ship has a significantly positive impact on employee work engagement, and loyalty to supervisor medi- ates inclusive leadership's influence on employee work engagement. Power distance moderates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee work engagement, such that the positive rela- tionship is stronger for employees with higher power distance.
