PFWD实测压力与弯沉之间的关系

为了分析PFWD实测压力与弯沉之间的关系,现场选取了5种典型填料路基路段,通过改变落锤高度和承载板直径进行了大量测试,并与现场承载板法进行了对比。结果表明,在落锤高度改变而承载板直径不变的情况下,PFWD的压力和弯沉之间呈良好的线性关系,即路基表现为线弹性性质,且填料质量越好,路基模量越大,线弹性性质越明显;在承栽板直径改变而落锤高度不变的情况下,PFWD的路基模量和压力之间呈良好的幂函数关系,即路基表现为非线性性质,且填料质量越差,路基模量越小,非线性性质越明显。因此,改变落锤高度对PFWD模量的检测结果影响不大,而改变承载板直径会显著影响PFWD的模量测试结果,反映了承载板直径具有显著的尺寸效应。为此,通过PFWD实测模量与承载板实测回弹模量之间的对比分析,提出了不同填料路基模量检测的PFWD适宜承载板直径。

In order to analyze the relation between pressure and deflection measured with portable falling weight deflectometer (PFWD) , the field subgrade sections of 5 typical fillers were selected, and many tests were carried out by changing the fall height and the plate diameter, and the test results were compared with that of' the method of field bearing plate. The results show that ( 1 ) there are good linear relationships between pressure and deflection when changing the fall height and remaining the plate diameter, i. e. , the subgrade presents a linear elastic characteristic, the better the filler quality, the larger the subgrade modulus, and the more obvious the linear elastic characteristics; (2) there are good power-function relationships between subgrade modulus and pressure when changing the plate diameter and remaining the fall height, i. e. , the subgrade presents a nonlinear characteristic, the worse the filler quality, the smaller the subgrade modulus, and the more obvious the nonlinear characteristics. Therefore, the influence of changing the fall height on measured modulus is little, while the influence of changing the plate diameter is significant. It reflects the remarkable size effect of bearing plate diameter. Thus, according to the contrast analysis between the measured modulus with PFWD and the measured resilient modulus with field bearing plate, the proper bearing plate diameters for the moduli of different subgrade fillers measured with PFWD were proposed.
