沥青碎石抗离析性能评价体系

为了评价沥青碎石抗离析特性,研发了沥青混合料抗离析测试仪,提出沥青混合料抗离析性能测试方法,并提出以集料离析值作为沥青混合料抗离析性能的评价指标;采用浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验和小梁弯曲试验等方法,研究了离析程度对沥青碎石技术特性的影响;综合平衡考虑各方面性能,提出了沥青碎石抗离析性能推荐评价指标。结果表明:集料离析值对沥青碎石技术特性影响显著;随着粗集料离析程度的增大,其空隙率和渗水性增大,水稳定性、低温抗裂性和强度降低,高温稳定性先增大后降低;随着细集料离析程度的增大,其空隙率和渗水性减小,水稳定性和低温抗裂性提高,高温稳定性和强度降低。

英文摘要:

In order to evaluate anti-segregation capability of asphalt-treated base, the antisegregation testing instrument for asphalt mixture was developed, and the test method for the anti-segregation capability was proposed. And a new index, aggregate segregation value, was brought forward to evaluate anti-segregation capability of asphalt mixture. The influence of segregation degree on the technical performance of asphalt-treated base was studied based on the results of immersion Marshall test, rutting test and bending test. Considering all aspects of performance, an evaluation index for anti-segregation capability of asphalt-treated base was proposed. The results show that aggregate segregation value has a significant impact on the technical characteristics of asphalt-treated base. With the coarse aggregate segregation value increasing, the porosity and water permeability of asphalt-treated base increase, but the water stability , low-temperature crack resistance and strength are reduced, and the high-temperature stability first increases and then decreases. With the fine aggregate segregation value increasing, the porosity and water permeability of asphalt-treated base decrease, the water stability and lowtemperature crack resistance are improved, but the high-temperature stability and strength are reduced.
