以叔胺和氯丙基硅氧烷为原料,采用微波辅助的方法,在150℃(三乙基二胺,65℃)下反应1.5h,合成了一系列有机硅季铵盐,通过LC-MS和^13C NMR对化合物进行结构表征,并采用无水滴定的方法确定产率。该方法反应时间短,产率高(84%~96%),为该类型化合物的合成提供了一种快速高效的新方法。
A new and effective synthetic method of siloxane quaternary ammonium salts was presented. A series of siloxane quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized by reaction of tertiary amine and (3-chloropropyl) trialkoxysilane under microwave irradiation at 150℃(triethylenediamine, 65 ℃). Their structures were characterized by LC-MS and ^13C NMR, and the yields were determined by anhydrous titration. The advantages of this method are rapidity (1.5 h) and good yields (84% -96% ).
