目的 探讨不同剂量冰片与川芎配伍对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠不同脑区的抗氧化效应和对微循环的改善及其效应与冰片剂量的相关性.方法 复制大鼠全脑缺血-再灌注模型,观察不同剂量冰片(0.01,0.02,0.04,0.08,0.16,0.32,0.64,1.28 g/kg)联合川芎对大鼠皮层、海马、下丘脑和纹状体四个脑区微循环、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响.结果 川芎配伍冰片后对脑组织微循环、SOD、CAT、GSH-PX、MDA、ROS、iNOS和NO含量的改善均显著优于单用.皮层引发显著改善作用的冰片剂量范围最广,然后是海马、下丘脑、纹状体.冰片剂量对配伍效果的比较为0.16 g/kg〉0.08 g/kg〉0.32 g/kg〉0.04 g/kg.结论 川芎和冰片配伍可以对缺血脑组织产生脑区特异性改善,而且这一改善作用与冰片剂量密切相关.
Objective To research the anti-ischemia effect of different dose of borneol combining with Chuanxiong Rhizoma on the global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion rats in different brain regions.Methods After the model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established, the effect of CR, combining with different dose of borneol, was evaluated by levels of microcirculation, SOD, CAT, GSH-PX, MDA, ROS, iNOS and NO.Results Combining therapies of CR and borneol showed obvious better improvements than monotherapy of CR on microcirculation, SOD, CAT, GSH-PX, MDA, ROS, iNOS and NO.Moreover, the comparison of their therapies according to the brain regions were cortex〉hippocampus〉hypothalamus〉striatum.The comparison of their therapies according to the borneol's dose were 0.16 g/kg〉0.08 g/kg 〉0.32 g/kg〉0.04 g/kg.Conclusions The combining therapy of CR and borneol induces a better improvement than monotherapy of CR with a region-specificity manner, which is closely related to the dose of borneol.
