In recent years, microRNA（miRNA） has gradually become a hotspot in the research of neoplasms. Increasing data indicated that miRNA has been involved in neoplasms development and progression, the expression of miRNA is correlated with the pathological process of many neoplasms. Several hundreds of miRNA have been found to be aberrantly expressed in neoplasms, and miRNA has temporal and spatial specific expression profiles in diverse neoplasms.
