本文介绍了基于温差热电转换原理的小型燃烧温差热电转换系统,并通过实验研究了小型甲烷燃烧器的性能特点,并对影响温差发电系统发电性能的因素进行了研究分析。实验表明:小型燃烧器工作稳定可靠,可燃流量范围和着火当量比范围较宽;负载电阻、当量比、输入能量(燃料流量)以及外界换热条件都会对系统的功率输出和效率产生明显的影响。实验中获得了最高569mW的功率输出和0.55%的系统发电效率。
This paper presented a small scale power generation system based on the thermoelectric conversion principle. The flammable characteristics of the small scale methane combustor used in the system were tested, and then the factors that could significantly influence the system performance were studied experimentally. The results indicated that the small combustor used in the system works steadily in a wide fuel/air flux range under a wide Equivalence Ratio (ER) range. Additionally, it could be concluded that the load resistance, ER, input energy (i.e. fuel flux) and heat transfer condition with the ambient environment will influence the output power and the total efficiency of the power generation system evidently. The maximum output power of 569 mW and the highest total efficiency of 0.55% were obtained in the experiments.
