为了确定温室生产条件下的最优灌溉制度,在湖北省鄂州节水示范基地展开试验研究,使用LPS-05型植物生长检测仪对温室番茄的生理状况及室内环境进行实时监测,定性分析3种不同灌水处理对温室番茄茎粗生长的促进作用以及对室内蒸腾环境的调节效应。通过对比发现,早上和夜间灌水对室内蒸腾环境调节效果较好,而午间灌水效果相对较差;3种灌水处理下的番茄茎粗增长速率由大到小依次为08:30灌水、傍晚20:00灌水、中午11:30灌水。综合试验结果,最终确定温室番茄的最优灌水时间应为清晨。研究结果为温室主要作物灌溉制度的拟定提供可靠的科学依据。
In order to determine the optimal irrigation program under greenhouse conditions,an experimental study on irrigation program of greenhouse tomato with different irrigation times was carried out in E-Zhou Water-saving Irrigation Experiment Station,Hubei province in China.The experiment set up three different irrigation treatments,standing for three different irrigation times respectively,to examine the growth status of greenhouse tomato’s stem diameter and the regulatory effects of each treatment on indoor transpiration environment.In the measurement,a phytomonitor for plants(No: LPS-05),including two groups of sensors: plant related sensors and environmental sensors,was used for a real-time monitoring.Out of the experiment come a fact that,the irrigations in early morning and night had a better regulation for indoor transpiration environment than the midday one;and the stem diameter growth rate of greenhouse tomato under three kinds of treatment had a descending order as follow: 08:30〉20:00〉11:30.Comprehensive test results indicated that the optimum irrigation time for greenhouse tomato should be early morning.The result can provide a reliable scientific basis for making irrigation program of main crops in greenhouse.
