针对现有激励性可中断负荷合同模型难以兼顾效率与实用性的问题,应用非线性定价理论,基于用户可中断负荷成本函数,引入信息显示与激励机制,提出了一种分段式补偿价格形式的实用化多选项可中断负荷合同,构造了一个最优的中断量和补偿定价模型。该模型能够引导用户自愿披露真实信息,实现负荷中断的最优配置的同时,较好地协调效率与实用两者之间的关系。算例验证了该模型的正确性和有效性。
In allusion to such a defect in existing incentive interruptible load contract model that it is hard to coordinate the efficiency with practicality, applying nonlinear pricing theory and based on the curtailment cost function of customers' interruptible load, the information display and incentive mechanism are led in, and a practicable multiple-choice interruptible load contract possessing the form of sectional compensatory price is proposed, and an optimal interruption amount and compensatory pricing model is built. The built model can lead the customers to disclose real information and implement the optimal allocation of load interruption; meanwhile the relationship between efficiency with practicality can be well coordinated. The effectiveness and correctness are validated by numerical example.
