研究了螺旋线槽的螺旋角度和试验浇注温度对螺旋线槽工艺制备A356铝合金半固态浆料组织的影响。结果表明,合金熔体的浇注温度和螺旋线槽螺旋角度影响A356铝合金熔体的冷却效果和自搅拌混合程度。在其他线槽结构参数和工艺参数一定的情况下,A356铝合金熔体合理的浇注温度,匹配一定的螺旋线螺旋角度,可以制备出合格的半固态浆料。
Effects of pouring temperature and helix angle in helical curve duct on the microstructures of A356 aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry prepared by helical curve duct were investigated. The results indicate that pouring temperature of alloy melt and helix angle in helical curve duct are related with cooling performance and self-stirring blend degree. At fixed other structural parameters of helical curve duct and process parameters, the excellent semi-solid slurries of A356 aluminum alloy can be prepared under reasonable pouring temperature combining with certain specific helix angle in helical curve.
