针对自动化立体仓库出入库优化问题,首先阐述立体仓库出入库仿真的基本步骤作为全文的理论基础,随后以某自动化立体仓库为研究对象,基于Flexsim仿真软件进行了立体仓库系统建模,并分析指出影响其运行效率的主要原因在于仓库参数配置不当。由此给出了仓库参数优化思路,并再次应用Flexsim仿真验证了该优化思路的有效性和可行性。最后讨论了布局变更对立体仓库出入库效率的影响,并给出了布局适配建议。结果表明:该自动化立体仓库系统经仿真优化后瓶颈消除,物流效率改善显著,堆垛机利用率提升至80%,输入/输出量提高至970/721件,该研究也可对类似系统的建模和优化提供良好的借鉴意义。
Given the optimization problem of an AS/RS, the basic steps of AS/RS simulation were illustrated as the theoretical basis of the full paper. And then the AS/RS was modeled and analyzed. The reason for affecting its operation efficiency of AS/RS parameters was pointed out based on the Flexsim simulation software. Therefore, the i- dea of AS/RS parameter optimization was brought forward, and its feasibility and effectiveness were verified by the application of Flexsim simulation again. Finally, the influence on efficiency of the AS/RS storage and retrieval oper- ation from layout change was discussed, and the layout choosing suggestions were proposed. The results showed that the bottleneck of the AS/RS was eliminated by the implementation of the simulation and optimization techniques, the logistics efficiency of the AS/RS was dramatically improved, the stacker capacity factor was raised to 80%, the in- put/output amount was raised to 970/721 pieces, and can be a good reference to the modeling and optimization of the similar systems.
