金属Pt具有很高的催化活性.在催化工业上有着广泛的用途.尤其在石油化工方面是一种重要的催化剂。传统的Pt催化剂基本都是以炭、空心SiO2、Al2O3等粉体颗粒或固体物质为载体,通过模板法、液相合成法、电化学法、辐射法、溶胶-凝胶法以及溅射法等将金属Pt负载上去.对于以纤维为载体的金属Pt配合物的制备尚未见报道。
In this paper, spherical nano-sized particles on the amidoxime fiber surface have been successfully synthesized through a fast and easy coordination-reduction method. The particles have also been characterized by means of IR, SEM, XRD, XPS and EDS. The IR and XPS result shows that Pt (0) was chelated to fiber by chemical bonds. SEM shows that spherical Pt metal particles uniformly distributed on the fiber surface. The characteristic diffraction peaks at 39.99°, 46.48°, 67.90° of XRD pattern are in accordance with Pt standard card (PDF No.04-0802), which demonstrates the particles on the fiber surface is indeed Pt. EDS mapping has also fully proved this point.
