通过电磁V弯成形实验,研究不同电磁参数下2024-T3态铝合金试样成形后V型区最小弯曲半径、V型回弹角度及成形深度等方面的变化规律;同时,对比分析机械V弯试样和电磁V弯试样的形状和表面质量。结果显示,随着放电能量的升高,电磁V弯试件的最小弯曲半径减小,回弹角减小,成形深度增大;电磁V弯成形试件的表面质量明显优于机械V弯成形试件,没有局部橘皮现象及回弹翘曲缺陷;电磁V弯成形试件的V型区外侧显微硬度值,介于原始态2024-T3铝合金和机械V弯成形试件之间。
