二氧化碳养护混凝土技术是利用二氧化碳可与水泥的熟料成分发生化学反应而引起混凝土硬化以及产生强度发展。测试了二氧化碳养护混凝土过程中的温度变化、强度发展及二氧化碳养护程度,并建立了二氧化碳养护混凝土过程的动力学模型,结果表明,试验结果和模型的相关性很好。
CO2 curing of concrete is based on the chemical reactions between CO2 and cement clinker minerals,resulting in the hardening and strength development of concrete.Temperature profile,strength development and degree of CO2 curing were measured.A kinetic model for concrete curing with CO2 was also proposed.It was indicated that the model can describe the CO2 curing kinetics.
