混凝土渗透性是表征其耐久性的一项重要指标.现场混凝土与实验室混凝土有很大差异,因此现场混凝土渗透性的就地测试尤为重要.对国内外可用于混凝土渗透性的就地测试方法研究进展进行了综合评述,这些方法可分为表面测试法和钻孔测试法两大类.表面测试方法中的Autoclam测试方法操作简单、应用范围广,钻孔测试法对混凝土结构有一定的损害,并且不能测试有表面处理的试件.Permit试验法是较好的现场测试离子渗透的测试方法.最后就混凝土渗透性就地测试方法的进一步研究和改进提出建议.
The permeability of concrete is an important property of concrete. Concrete made in-situ are different from the concrete made in laboratory, so it is particularly important to find an in situ concrete permeability testing method. The concrete in-situ test methods at home or abroad are reviewed. The methods can be classified into surface test methods and drilling hole test methods. Among the surface test methods, Autoclam test method has a simple operation and wide application. The drilling hole test methods may cause damages on structures, and cannot test the surface treatment of concrete structure. The Permit test method is a preferably in-situ ion permeability test method. Finally, suggestions for further development are proposed.
